As a Cosmetic Buyer, you will BE responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies that ensure the availability of high-quality cosmetic products while optimizing costs and supplier relationships.

Main Responsibilities :
- Define and implement purchasing strategies for your purchasing categories in line with the company's overall strategy, subject to approval by your line manager
- Gather the company's purchasing requirements and communicate them to suppliers and service providers
- Help to achieve project objectives in the area of purchasing
- Work closely with the R&D, marketing, quality, and supply chain teams to anticipate product launches, guarantee technical specifications, and meet deadlines.
- Issue calls for tenders and select suppliers
- Negotiate the most favorable commercial terms and draw up agreements
- Provide specific expertise in cosmetics : knowledge of cosmetics supply chains and regulatory requirements.
- Lead the supplier panel in your purchasing segments :
- Integrate suppliers upstream into product/service development cycles
- Conduct supplier performance reviews
- Analyze and manage supplier risks and propose action plans
- Monitor the competition and technological developments
- Monitor and coordinate the CSR performance of its supplier panels
- Make purchasing data available to user services and information systems
- Ensure that negotiated contractual terms are properly fulfilled and arbitrate any disputes.
- Ensure that selected suppliers deliver information and products in accordance with the objectives of the company's projects and user services.
- Ensure that the supplier panel is aligned with developments in the company and the markets.
